My philosophy centers on developing an integrative daily practice that helps to deepen my clients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, bringing relief from the stresses of daily life, because we are biologically wired to grow and heal in a simple and accessible way.

I have felt the pain and the struggles like any other. I get it! I know what repeating patterns that no longer us are about. I know what it is like to grasp for a sliver of light to feel your purpose on earth. Through this all, I am so excited to offer my humble service to support your journey back to your true self.
 
I help guide my clients as they embark on journeys to improve and deepen their daily life experience by incorporating meditation, nutrition, yoga, and massage. We will start our journey with an introductory session, beginning with a short conversation to understand both your immediate needs and the chronic stresses that affect your overall well-being. I will provide a custom massage therapy treatment, utilizing a variety of techniques that I have trained in, from Accupressure and Shiatsu, to Ayurvedic and Cupping. I will treat you with oils and lotions that I have crafted myself, incorporating healing plants that I have grown or wildcrafted. Finally, I will provide recommendations that may help you in your daily mind/body/soul practices, as we plan for future sessions.

Once we have established a connection, it is my goal to support you on your journey with all I have to offer. This may include regular body work sessions, or treatments on an as-needed basis. It could also include special sessions such as guided yoga and ayurvedic diet coaching. You will also be invited to periodic ceremonies I guide, such as Cacao and Sacred Fire rituals.
 

Above all, I offer a fully individual, consultative service to you, which we can co-create together.

To secure your service,
there is $25 deposit fee that will be collected at the time of the reservation.

This will be applied to the price
of your treatment.
